Coming in at the #1 spot this year is Team Teague Evans. This should come as no surprise after the summer this squad put together. They capped off the summer by winning the Jr Peach State, Middle School Championships, and the Gatorade Invite tournament.

In the Jr Peach State, Teague Evans picked up wins over several other nationally ranked teams. They beat Takeover Hart (#9) 70-64, they followed that up by beating P7 Elite (#10) by 15 points. They would pick up a huge final four win over (#3) team in country G1 Elite out of California. In the championship they battled out a 55-49 win over the (#2) in the country CP3.

Team Teague was originally started by Shawn Teague the father of former NBA Veteran Jeff Teague. Teague’ played more than 10 years in the NBA, making various stops including with the Hawks, Pacers, Timberwolves, Celtics, and the Bucks.
